Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Flipbook Flow, you agree to these terms. If you use Flipbook Flow on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, keeping your password secure, and the activity in your workspace. Workspace admins manage who has access.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service, including showing published flipbooks to anyone with the link.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and publish, and for making sure it is lawful.

Acceptable use

Don't use Flipbook Flow to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Plan limits (such as number of flipbooks, storage, and users) apply as described on the pricing page. Prices may change with notice.

Hosting is included while your plan is active. Optional Lifetime Hosting is a one-time payment that keeps one published flipbook live after cancellation.

Selling flipbooks

Where selling is available, sales are processed through the seller's own Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. Sellers are responsible for their prices, content, refunds, and any taxes. Flipbook Flow charges a platform fee on each sale as shown in the app.

Availability

We work to keep Flipbook Flow available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flipbook Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
