This policy explains what information Flipbook Flow collects when you use our website and service, and how we use it. By using Flipbook Flow you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, workspace name, and your role in the workspace.

Content you upload: PDFs, page images, and flipbook settings you create.

Usage information for published flipbooks: page views, pages viewed, reading time, downloads, and button clicks. Readers are counted with an anonymous identifier stored in their browser; we do not ask readers to create an account.

Payment information: subscriptions and flipbook purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive details such as the buyer's email, amounts, and payment status, but we do not store full card numbers.

Messages you send us, for example through the contact form.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, publish and display your flipbooks, show analytics to workspace members, process payments, send account and purchase emails, respond to messages, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Flipbook Flow (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), when required by law, or to protect the service and its users.

Published content

Flipbooks you publish are accessible to anyone with the link. Paid flipbooks show only preview pages until purchase.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
