Getting Started
- What is Flipbook Flow?
- Flipbook Flow turns a finished PDF into an interactive, page-turning flipbook you can share with a link, a QR code or an embed on your website.
- How is a flipbook different from a PDF?
- A flipbook opens instantly in any browser with realistic page turns, and nobody has to download a file. You also get a permanent link, a QR code and viewing statistics.
- Do I need to redesign my PDF?
- No. Upload the PDF you already have. Flipbook Flow uses your pages as they are.
Sharing & Updating
- Can I update my PDF after publishing?
- Yes. On Plus and Pro you can replace the PDF of a published flipbook at any time.
- Will my link change if I update the PDF?
- No. The flipbook keeps the same link when you replace its PDF.
- Will my QR code change?
- No. Your QR code points to the same link, so printed materials keep working after an update.
- Can I use a custom URL?
- Yes, on Plus and Pro. You can give a published flipbook a readable address such as flipbookflow.com/f/spring-brochure. The original link keeps working too.
- Can I embed a flipbook on my website?
- Yes, on Plus and Pro. Copy the embed code from the Share window and paste it into your site. You can choose a responsive or fixed size.
Pricing & Plans
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free costs $0 and includes 3 flipbooks, 1 GB of storage and 1 user, with permanent links and QR codes. No credit card is required.
- What is included in Plus?
- Plus is $5/month: 25 flipbooks, 10 GB of storage and 3 users. It adds branding removal, embeds, custom URLs, PDF replacement with the same link and QR code, and analytics.
- What is included in Pro?
- Pro is $10/month: 100 flipbooks, 25 GB of storage and 10 users, with everything in Plus plus more detailed analytics.
Selling PDFs
- Can I sell PDFs with Flipbook Flow?
- Direct PDF selling is rolling out to Plus and Pro workspaces and isn't available to every workspace yet. When it is on, you set a price and free preview pages, and buyers pay you through Stripe.
- What is the Flipbook Flow platform fee?
- Flipbook Flow takes a 5% fee from each sale. Stripe's own processing fees are separate.
- Can buyers download purchased PDFs?
- Only if you allow it. Each flipbook for sale has a setting for PDF download after purchase.
- Do buyers need a Flipbook Flow account?
- No. Buyers pay through Stripe checkout and get a private purchase link by email to return to their copy anytime.
Analytics & Teams
- Does Flipbook Flow include analytics?
- Yes. Free shows total views. Plus and Pro show visitors, views over time, reading time, most viewed pages, reading depth, downloads and link clicks.
- Can multiple people manage one workspace?
- Yes. You can invite teammates as Admins or Editors: up to 3 users on Plus and 10 on Pro. Free has 1 user.
Hosting & Account
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your workspace moves to the Free plan's limits. Your flipbooks and data are kept, but features from your paid plan stop working.
- What is Lifetime Hosting?
- Hosting is included while your plan is active. Lifetime Hosting is a one-time $10 option that keeps an important published flipbook live, with its existing link and QR code, after you cancel.
- Are there ads on published flipbooks?
- No. We don't place third-party advertising inside customer flipbooks.
